My $2,000 would pay for 10 weeks of Pre-Kindergarten for my 4 year old son.
My $2000 would pay my rent for 3 months. If I can’t pay rent, then I would be forced to move into a homeless shelter. So Mitt, keep your “mittions” out of my pocket. Don’t expect my vote in November, nor in any other Presidential Election in the future.
$2,000 is about 400 chicken dinners.
Romney is the first politician to promise to take a chicken out of every pot.
My University housing is $2000 per quarter. Forget it Mitt.
My 2,000 barely paid for these!! Do you not want Americans getting higher educations unless they ate already super rich?
i still have $10,000 left to pay off on my student loans. every extra dollar i get goes towards paying this off. when will i be able to start saving for a family or to own a home?
I’m a homeowner and I’ve worked hard to make sure my house payment is paid every month. My $2,000 pays for the property taxes on my house. Without that, I still wouldn’t have a house.
$2000 would pay 4 months of daycare so my daughter can work and go to school. As a food server she makes $2.13/hr plus tips. I don’t know how Romney can expect a young family to pay rent, groceries, utilities with his myopic tax plan!
I’m a single mom of a little boy. I get NO child support, dad’s a deadbeat. I’ve been searching for work since May of 2010, and ended up moving in with my parents that December after losing my apartment.
Not quite a piece of paper - but this is where my $2000 would go. 13 raised beds to produce 400-600 lbs of fruits and veggies. Eating fresh is best but we also dehydrate, freeze and can. $2k will feed my family for well over a year.
